What do people think about life when they are living with the prospect of dying soon?
What gives them joy? Have they had dreams or visions about death or the hereafter? How do they feel about dying?
Artist Pippa Wischer interviewed and photographed 40 people in palliative care, published as a book in 2014 by Palliative Care Victoria.
This is an exhibition of the intimate portraits and honest reflections of those living until they die.
Examining the deeper questions of life, The Dreamers is part memento mori and part digital storytelling.
