About Julian McMahon

A passionate human rights advocate with longstanding community involvement, barrister Julian McMahon speaks publicly about the death penalty and justice issues.

Admitted to the Victorian Bar in 1998, for more than 13 years Julian has worked without payment for Australians facing the death penalty.

Recognised as Victorian of the Year in 2016, he is President of Reprieve Australia, which provides humanitarian and legal assistance to people facing the death penalty.
