Everyone has the right to receive quality care that meets their needs. If you are not happy with the care you or someone close to you is receiving, then it it is important to share your concerns with the health care staff.
It is best to arrange a suitable time with the relevant health care staff to discuss your concerns. Sometimes it is hard to know where to start. You could say “I am not feeling happy about…could we talk about it and try to make it better.” This gives the person you are talking to a chance to understand your concern.
