Summary

With a dynamic and supportive team, the People and Culture Coordinator works to ensure that our organisation maintains and grows a compassionate workplace and provides a structured approach for the development of our people and leads the enhancement of our culture.

Your skills and knowledge will be an asset while you are working collaboratively within the leadership team, you will be accountable for providing advice & practical leadership on a range of people matters, while we support your growth and development as a leader. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee employee engagement across employee life cycle including recruitment, retention and workforce planning.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of all People and Culture policies, procedures, and guidelines and team building activities.
  • Improve, develop and lead performance development and management processes.
  • Inform and collaborate on workforce planning and redesign.
  • Invest in the learning and development of the team and design strategies that deliver the workforce for the future. 
  • Lead change management and support a strong and collaborative culture.
  • Oversee the management of payroll processes.

About You
  • Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or relevant business discipline.
  • Experience in not for profit or health sector is an advantage but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively motivate, develop and help support workplace teams, but also showing a willingness to grow into this leadership role. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proof of working rights in Australia.
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
