Summary
We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to deliver and model the values of Palliative care. Working within a Palliative care/ end of life framework guide and support patients to achieve their individualised care needs with respect and dignity and support families, significant others and staff throughout the journey.

Selection Criteria
- Registered Nurse with Current Registration AHPRA
- Current Drivers Licence
- Palliative Care Post Graduate qualifications or working towards is desirable
- Experience in the palliative care field
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
