Summary
Rosehaven is a 5 bedroom home, set on 4.5 acres that provides person centred respite and end of life care.
Our services are growing and expanding, and we are looking for an assistant manager/s. We are open to job sharing of this role.

Selection Criteria
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
Essential:
- Nursing, allied health or community services background/qualifications.
- Advocacy and assessment skills. HLTAID013 or equivalent certification
- Flexible and reliable.
- Efficient and organised.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Recent police check, or willing to obtain one.
- Commitment to follow and promote Rosehaven's mission and vision.
- Current Victorian driver's licence.
- Ability to work within a holistic team environment.
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite software and willingness to learn volunteer management data base.
Desired:
- Postgraduate qualifications in palliative care
- Experience in people / volunteer management
- Knowledge and understanding of delivery of community palliative care.
- Personal care experience.
- Food Handlers certificate
