Dovida is seeking an experienced and passionate Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our project team for the 2026 Palliative Care Model Pilot across three Victorian sites.
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will play a central role in advanced clinical assessment, symptom management, care planning, and capability building for our workforce. This role also provides leadership in GP liaison, collaboration with Specialist Palliative Care Services, and supporting the implementation of new tools, workflows, and assessment processes.
Selection Criteria
We are looking for a clinician who is

- has strong communication skills; and
