Eastern Palliative Care Ltd (EPC) is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers specialist home-based palliative care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

You can navigate the dynamic nature of the role and require minimal supervision to manage your workload. You will possess strong time management and a high level of organisation skills, communicate confidently and have the ability to think broadly and prioritise well while working under pressure.
Selection Criteria
To be successful, in addition to the above attributes you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with no restriction on practice
- Certificate IV in Assessment and Training or other equivalent qualification
- Strong proven knowledge of contemporary palliative care practice
- Demonstrated ability to develop contemporarily curriculum and learning goals
- Demonstrated ability to present engaging multi-modal interdisciplinary clinical education
- Thorough knowledge of adult learning principles
- Excellence in building and maintaining interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships with external providers such as Universities and other training providers.
- Intermediate to high level of computer skills, particularly in PowerPoint
- Unrestricted and current Victorian driver’s licence.
The following would be desirable:
- Post graduate education in teaching & learning
- Post graduate education in Palliative Care
- Experience in mentoring clinicians
